Aside from not speaking up enough, many professionals don’t think about how different types of questions can lead to different outcomes. You should steer a conversation by asking the right kinds of questions, based on the problem you’re trying to solve. In some cases, you’ll want to expand your view of the problem, rather than keeping it narrowly focused. In others, you may want to challenge basic assumptions or affirm your understanding in order to feel more confident in your conclusions.

Consider these four types of questions each aimed at achieving a different goal:

Generally it’s better if you have completed 15 years of your age or ideally earned your 10^th Std certificate

We conduct off-line or in house group trainings. There is no on-line training available. We believe this training need in person interactions and communications to set the right platform for learning and acquiring this skill set.

This training can be provided either in your educational institute for group of your students. This training can be provided in your office for your managers, staff or employees. This training can be provided in your premises for your association members for their professional development

No there are no exams! Participants can choose if they are happy with participation certificate (this certificate is issued by IQESTI) or if they wish to earn certificate post learning assessment (Assessment is conducted by a British Skill Institute and certificate is awarded by them post successful assessment). Both the options are charged separately.

Last but not the least Pull Executive Team needs to be pulled up and Think Tank bellow that please. Also keep one more space for photos 1 in Executive team and 2 for think tank

Both the certificates are fully autonomous and awarded by a private training institutes.
